TTWS™ Premium Coupling
This is our workstring workhorse. TTWS features a double-start, six-threads-per-inch profile designed for fast, consistent make-up while delivering strong torque performance and stable sealing. This connection supports efficient completion operations and reliable running in a wide range of operating environments.
Spearhead™
Spearhead is a high-performance tubing connection that combines a robust thread form with an inertia-welded integral joint, providing strong torque capacity, dependable sealing, and enhanced structural integrity for demanding lateral and vertical well profiles.
TTS-6 Black
TTS-6 Black utilizes an inertia-welded tool joint and extended upset lengths to provide improved tensile capacity, strong torque performance, and longer recut life. It is well suited for wells where added durability, tight sealing, and sour service performance are required.
TTS-8
TTS-8 incorporates an eight-threads-per-inch, dual-step design that delivers high torque capability and reliable metal-to-metal sealing. With strong structural efficiency across tension, burst, and collapse loads, this connection supports critical tubing applications requiring consistent, high-quality performance.

Pup Joints

And we are the first to do full body ultrasonic inspection on tubing pup joints with a fully automated line for quick turnaround.
Our API pup joints are manufactured in a range of diameters, lengths, and grades to provide accurate spacing and flexibility in string design. Produced to the same high standards as our full-length joints, these accessories help maintain integrity throughout the completion and production phases.
Couplings

Tejas Tubing is the only processor with hot-sizing & hot-straightening capabilities. Our hot-sizer controls ovality, that enhances the collapse properties of the casing.
