IJ UPSETTING
- Tubes are upset, and heat treated to the required grade with controlled length and added strength
- Essentially turns a 35’ pipe into a 32’ pipe by condensing and upsetting the ends
- Ability to create 8”-12” upsets (versus a limit of 7” for most competition) which provides more area for recuts to extend tool life
- Lengths can be specific to customer requirements
